Dear eFOI user,
Thank you for your request dated today, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You have requested the number of FOI Users from 2016 to the present.
I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved. We sincerely appreciate your interest in this matter as part of your international research initiative.
Please see below the information responsive to your queries:
- Hosting Arrangement:
The BFP’s information systems, including our official website, are currently hosted through a combination of on-premises infrastructure and services provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). Certain internal systems are managed and maintained within BFP facilities, while others are hosted on cloud infrastructure under DICT’s government cloud service.
- Hosting Provider(s):
The BFP utilizes the DICT Government Cloud and related ICT platforms as the primary external hosting provider.
No commercial cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are directly engaged by the BFP at this time.
- Start Date of Current Hosting Arrangements:
The current hosting setup with DICT has been in place since approximately 2021, and continues to evolve in line with DICT’s guidelines and the BFP’s ICT modernization efforts.
Please note that, in accordance with our security protocols, specific details about internal configurations and system structures cannot be disclosed.
