This refers to the complaint with Ticket Number BI – 823091531620 forwarded to the Intelligence Division on 05 September 2024.

It is unfortunate that we cannot fully and instantly respond to the above-referenced complaint without the essential information such as; (1) name/s of the company with online gaming operations; (2) specific office addresses and (3) names some foreign nationals employed therein. Further, it is also vital if the complainant could provide some documentary evidences such as but not limited; (1) to photos or any proofs that could strongly substantiate his/her allegations.

We advise that a formal letter addressed to the Comissioner should be filed for proper disposition of this request.

Rest assured that we are continuously improving the delivery of government services without compromising our mandate to safeguard and protect our country’s border from undesirable aliens.
