Dear Respected Officer, I am a former POGO employee who hac completed the downgrade process and left the Philippines on Nov 14,2024,in full compliance with the relevant regulations. However,in Dec 2024,I was unexpectedly informed that my name was included in the ALO list, preventing me from traveling to the Philippines this year to dive with friends and attend to my personal affairs. I would like to seek clarification on the following matters: 1.Reason for being listed in the ALO - I followed all the necessary procedures and departed legally. Why was I still placed on the list? 2.Procedure to remove my ALO record - Since this restriction is preventing me from returning to the Philippines to handle important personal matters, how can I apply for its removal? Additionally,I still have personal property and pets in the Philippine that require my attention,My cats need approximately three months to complete the process for relocation to Taiwan, and due to the short transition period given by the policy,I was unanble to bring it with me when I left in Nov.Currently, my pet is only being temporarily taken care of by a friend.I can't abandon my cats. I sincerely request your assistance in clarifying and resolving this issue so that I may return to the Philippines and make the necessary arrangements.I look forward to your response.Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards,
