This refers to your eFOI request for a Digital Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Card.
In reply, please be informed that the Issuance of the Digital TIN ID Card can only be made via the BIR's Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) which to date is undergoing a system maintenance or enhancement of its system features. Attached herewith is BIR Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 120-2023, Circularizing the Availability, Use and Acceptance of Digital TIN ID for your reference and perusal.

For the meantime, you are advised to get your TIN/TIN Card from the Authorized Personnel of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered or where your TIN is registered for the issuance of your TIN Card.
Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. To initiate this process, kindly submit your written appeal for review addressed to [insert name of Secretary and postal/e-mail address]. Please provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with our response within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving this response. We will conduct the review and communicate the outcome within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your review request.
Should you remain unsatisfied with the review outcome, you retain the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
