Good Day! I am a student from the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (formerly PhilSCA) pursuing my undergraduate study on the effects of aviation weather hazards on airline OTP. In line with this, I would like to inquire on how these specific airlines (Philippine Airlines, Philippine Airlines Express, Cebu Pacific, Philippine AirAsia) deal with certain aviation weather hazards (low visibility, strong cross winds, typhoon, high temperature, and thunderstorms). Is it possible to have access to their manual of operations specifically for these aviation weather hazards? Thank you.
