The official list of personnel positions (plantilla/organizational structure) assigned to Laguindingan Airport. 2. You asked for a "Copy of Laguindingan Airport Organizational Structure ."
Response to Request
Please be informed that, effective April 26, 2025, the operation and maintenance of Laguindingan Airport have been officially transferred to Aboitiz InfraCapital Laguindingan Airport Corporation (ALAC) under the public-private concession agreement. As a result, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) no longer has authority or access to the organizational structure, staffing, or designations of the airport under ALAC's management.
Currently, the CAAP’s role is limited to overseeing ALAC's operations to ensure they meet airport safety and operational standards. Thus, we do not have or hold the requested information about the internal structure of the private concessionaire.
We recommend you coordinate directly with Aboitiz InfraCapital Laguindingan Airport Corporation, as they are the appropriate custodian of the information you requested.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
