Hi I would Like to request information regarding 1.) may request for a site vistiation to Clark Airbase hospital regarding to my thesis project 2.) if approved where can i send the letter said visit? is there email adress online 3.) what are the necesassry documentsrequirements for the visitation to proceed 4.)Can i prepare questionnare/ survey to them upon my site visitation 5.) Architecttural History of Clark Airbase Hospital 6.)History of Clark Airbase Hospital 7.) other documents regarding Clark Airbase I can assure that these information wil only be use in academic purposes only thank you

Thank you for your request dated Sept. 25, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested for the Clark Abandoned Hospital.

Please be advise that the Clark Air Base Hospital is under a Deed of Usufruct Agreement between Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and National Museum of the Philippines (NMP) as such all request for site visitation should be coursed thru the National Museum of the Philippines.

We have also emailed you some of the information Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you requested, which will be emailed to you.

Your right to request a review

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
