Good day! I am a 5th year architecture student currently taking my undergraduate thesis. As part of my course requirement, I would like to request the following: 1. An available buildable area or lot within the New Clark City, that can be used for an institutional building, with a minimum area of 20,000 sqm to 30,000 sqm. 2. Transfer certificate of title (tct) or detailed description of the lot (lot bearining included) 3. Zoning Ordinance 4. Comprehensive Development Plan of New Clark City I assure you that the requested data will be used exclusively for educational/thesis purposes. Hoping for your positive response. Thank you so much
