Good day, How long it would take for our land survey plan suppose to be approved? The land surveyor we hire said that they already submitted the plan to your office in DENR Region 4A but until now (almost 2 years) it is not done yet and the surveyor we hired insist to get additional money for us to hasten the approval procedure. I hope this gets an official reply to know which side is deceiving and wants to get money from us. Thank you
