I am applying for a job and as part of the pre-employment requirements, I need to submit a Certificate of Ratings as  a verification.

Please let me know the necessary procedures and documents require to obtain this certificate. I am available to provide any additional information that may be needed.

You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion, Diploma, or other school records to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.
