The Department of Foreign Affairs provides the attached copy of Executive Order No. 408 dated 09 November 1960, which may be downloaded from the following website: https://lawphil.net/executive/execord/eo1960/eo_408_1960.html. Also attached is a
list of countries whose nationals can enter the Philippines without a visa.
A letter signed by the DFA Undersecretary for Administration with regards to your request was also sent to you via the email you've provided.
Your right to request a review:
