Greetings! May I respectfully request issuance of clearance from the Department of Foreign Affairs for my travel to Taiwan on April 16-19, 2025 for leisure/vacation purposes along with my family. This is in compliance with the DILG Advisory for Foreign Travel Authority (FTA) of local officials. I have compiled all necessary documents as mentioned on the DILG MC 2022-147 and will be needing DFA clearance for uploading to DILG FTA website. Hoping for favorable response on this matter.
