Hello, I cannot reply.
Hi DICT FOI Officer, May I kindly request an email address where I can securely send my ID? I am concerned about the risk of it being exposed online if I upload it here. I am currently attending an ICT training for my office and would like to clarify: 1. When does the service obligation officially begin, is it before or after the training? 2. Is the cost or the length of the training the basis for determining the service obligation? Thank you.
I cannot attach my ID. It says you have been blocked by cloudflare.
