Good day! I would like to request a certification copy of my father’s record as a member of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU) under the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). For your reference, here are the relevant details: Full Name: Dominador Rocamora Gutib Unit Assignment: 3rd BC AA COY Started Year of Service: Around 1989 Purpose of Request: The certification will be used as a supporting requirement for his visa application. If the record is not available in your office, I would appreciate your guidance on which office keeps CAFGU service files from that period. Thank you very much. We look forward to your kind assistance. Respectfully, Anna Merra Gutib [email protected]
