Good day, I am an architecture student currently conducting my undergraduate thesis on South Luzon Thermal ENergy Corporation (SLTEC) and i'm writing to request access to documents under FOI act, specifically the Project Scoping for SLTEC, the Site Development Plan of the Plant and the Lot bearing of the site. This will solely be used for academic purposes to support my thesis. Thank you for your assistance.
