Good Day! As per the requirement of our study on General and Neurology Hospitals in CALABARZON, we are required to gather the following data to come up with the statistical-driven beds needed for our architectural thesis: For General Hospital data (2020-2025 current) 1. Annual Admissions of Patients in General Hospitals of CALABARZON in Public and Private Hospitals (anything available would suffice) a. Outpatient Admissions b. Inpatient Admissions c. Average Length of Stay For Neurology Hospital and Neurorehabilitation Center data (2020-2025 current): 2. Annual Acute Neurologically-Related Diseases and Disorders Survivors 3. Number or Percentage of Neurology Survivors referred to inpatient rehabilitation 4. Average Length of Stay for Neurology Rehabilitation 5. Annual Neurorehabilitation Admissions 6. Annual Outpatient Visits of Neurologically-Related Diseases in the Hospitals of CALABARZON and NCR 7. Frequency of outpatient visits for neurologically-related diseases per person For Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center: 8. Market-share/bed allocation of the NSC-Brain and Spine to its General Hospital area of Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center For Neurodevelopmental Disorder Data: 9. Demographics, Age Group, Mortality, Morbidity of Neurodevelopmental Disorders in CALABARZON 10. Outpatient and Inpatient Treatment/Visit of Neurodevelopmental Disorder I hope you consider our request for the success of our architectural thesis proposal.
