Hi! I would like to request data that can back-up the thesis focused on Wellness and Physical Rehabilitation. Specifically, I would like to request for 1. Annual Hospital Statistical Report in Iloilo I would appreciate if Musculoskeletal conditions, Neurological conditions, Cardiopulmonary conditions, and Neurodevelopmental disorders are highlighted. The data gather will be solely use for academic purposes only.
