Hi FOI DOH, I'm Vicente Q. Tadeo IV, CPA employee at East Avenue Medical Center. We will be celebrating our 55th Founding Anniversary this coming October 8, 2024; one of the highlight activities is an exhibit memorabilia called Sining ng Silangan, wherein we will showcase the historical artifacts and archives of hospital. We are still looking for archive records of our beginning - The GSIS General Hospital (1969-1977) and the transfer to the Hospital ng Bagong Lipunan (1978-1985). We hope you have still archive records of our past. Specifically, old communications, memorandum mentioning the two hospital and on our 2 directors Dr. Jose P. Caedo Jr (1986-1977) and Dr. Constante N. Firme (1978-1985); old pictures and profile of them are also highly appreciated for inclusion in our exhibit. Thank you very much in advance for your kind assistance. We can be reached through our contact details: 09064887824 (Vince) 9280611 local 765 Accounting section.
