1. Number of morbidity and mortality rate/cases of cerebrovascular diseases from 2023-2016 in National Capital Region (NCR)
2. Statistics/number of in-patients and out-patients in relation to cerebrovascular disease from 2023-2016 in National Capital Region (NCR)
3. Organizational chart of hospital
