Response: We regret to inform you that our DOH Regional Office NCR does not have this information and suggest you coordinate with the Quezon City Health Department under the QC LGU for this data request.

4. List of credited trauma centers* Response: The HFDB has no specific design/planning guidelines and standards for Trauma Care. Instead, HFDB refers you to the DOH Department Order No. 2021-0001 and its amendments, which designate DOH Hospitals for 17 Specialty Centers. An Annex to the DO, the Resource Stratified Framework for Trauma Care, contains information on services, infrastructure, equipment, human resources and other components that can be used as a reference for planning and design for Trauma Care facilities.

5. Details on the Philippine health facility and development plan* Response:
The Philippine Health Facility Development Plan (PHFDP) 2020-2040 lays out the development of priority health facilities in the country towards the realization of the provisions of the Universal Health Care Act. The development of hospitals catering to priority specialty care, such as those catering to Trauma Care, is included in the plan.

Response: Trauma Centers are covered under the Regional Specialty Centers Act (RA No. 11959).
