Good Day! I'm a fifth year student from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology and I would like to request the following documents regarding my thesis about general hospital. These documents are the following: 1. Annual Rate of Admission of 14 Government Hospitals in Pangasinan from 2018-2024. 2. Annual Statistical Report of 14 Government in Pangasinan from 2018-2024 including: 2.1 Bed Occupancy Rate (BoR) 2.2 Annual Number of Patients 2.3 Average Inpatient Bed Days 2.4 Average Outpatient Bed Days 2.5 Leading Cause of Admission 3.Mortality Rate and Leading Cause of Mortality from 2018-2024 Rest assured that these documents will be use for educational purpose only.
