Greetings! I am a fifth-year architecture student currently working on my thesis. I would like to request the following documents and data for the past five years for the National Capital Region (NCR), with a particular focus on Quezon City and its municipalities. 1. Morbidity and mortality rate of diabetes (5-year range) 2. Prevalence rate of diabetes and endocrinology cases (5-year range) 3. Type I and II diabetes rates and cases per municipality. 4. Demographic statistics of the patients (e.g. age, sex, social status, etc.) 5. Top 5 or 10 Endocrinology related cases (5-year range) 6. Number of diabetes and endocrine patients in private versus public hospitals. 7. Statistics of possible growth of cases in Quezon. 8. Number of hospitals that have diabetes and endocrine medical services. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing back from you.
