We have received your request on DOH Eye Center Request, dated Oct. 14, 2025.
While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) no longer discloses floor plan and such denial is sought in favor to the security and protection of patients and employees of the hospital. Instead, may we refer you to the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/hospital/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities including Hospitals and Issuance of DOH Permit to Construct of hospitals at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/581-2/
