Thank you for utilizing the eFOI portal (www.foi.gov.ph) and exercising your right to information under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
We have received your request on DRRM-H, dated July 29, 2024. We will respond and process your request on or before Aug. 19, 2024, in compliance with the Executive Order’s implementing rules and regulations.
Affixed is the copy of the DRRM-H Planning Guide (both Public Health and Hospital) published by the Health Emergency Management Bureau, our Office, last 2019. We have not incorporated the COVID 19 but it is one of the EREID (Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases) and could incorporated here.
As stated in the manual , it is done every 3 years unless there is occurrence of a major disaster in which the DRRM-H plan of the locality or hospital should be updated, even if it has not reached 3 years.
Attached is a guide for the said DRRM-H Plan for both the Public Health and Hospital.
You can also already incorporate your hazards.
