We suggest you visit the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/ for the licensing and accreditation of health facilities, including hospitals, and the DOH issuance of Permit to Construct, in which Administrative Order No. 2016-0042 – Guidelines in the Application for Department of Health Permit to Construct (DOH-PTC) at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/581-2/, that articulates the required floor plans of health facilities
Your right to request a review
