Hi! I have recently received the response of DOH CHD Calabarzon with regards to the status of our facility's HEA via FOI. According to CHD 4A, our HEA is for completion of signatures for the voucher. So now, I'd like to know how long would it take to complete the process and when can we expect the release of HEA.
