This pertains to your request on the Children's Hospital (Level 3) space requirements and Children's hospital planning and design guidelines - There is currently no separate licensing design manuals for Children's Hospital. As such, the requested information cannot be provided. However, you may refer to the Department Order (DO) No. 2021-0001 and its amendment serves as the operational document for the establishment of specialty centers. It details the list of DOH Hospitals designated as specialty centers. This issuance also includes the Resource Stratified Framework for different specialty centers, which describe the services, human resources, equipment, and infrastructure requirements at each facility level across the healthcare continuum.
