Thank you for your request dated Oct. 13, 2025, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested the MORTALITY by Cause of Cardiovascular and Respiratory Diseases per REGION

We are sending you the latest 2023 mortality data available in the Philippine Health Statistics (PHS).

Data for the previous years are also available on the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/data/publications/ (Publications > Health Report & Statistics) or at this link https://bit.ly/FHSISPHSannualreports.

The 2024 mortality data are not yet available in the PHS. We suggest requesting the said data from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) since they are the primary source of registered deaths.
