Hi! I would like to request the following: 1. Total Number of calls the DOH NCMH Crisis Hotline has catered from 2019-2023 (prepandemic, pandemic, post pandemic) 2. Types of concerns and its percentage per year. Ex. 2019 a. Suicide related: 12%, relational/family problem: 35% 3. Frequency: Hotline received the most or least calls in terms of time of the day, day of the week, month, age group, gender. a. Is there a trend that callers tend to call at night or during the day? b. is there a significant month or season in which there are more callers? c. Age group of callers, which age group avails the crisis hotline? d. Male to female ratio of callers
