You have requested the Number of cancer patients in Quezon Province
This is in response to your FOI Request on the following:
1. Hospitals that provide cancer treatment in Quezon Province and nearby provinces - You may refer to the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/ for the list of Cancer Treatment Facilities in provinces nearby Quezon Province. In addition, you may refer to the Department Order No. 2021-0001 and its amendments which may be accessed through this link: http://bit.ly/DO20210001-SpecialtyCenters which serves as the operational document for the establishment of Specialty Centers including Cancer Care Specialty across regions and its Resource Stratified Framework.
2. Design Guidelines and requirements in designing a cancer center - The DOH Administrative Order No. 2022-0012 entitled Rules and Regulations Governing the Licensure of Cancer Treatment Facilities in the Philippines" and its amendment provide guidelines in the licensing of Cancer Treatment Facilities which include standards for personnel, physical facilities and equipment and instruments among others.
