Hi! I am Eulyza Ilao from University of the Philippines Los Baños taking BS Statistics. To complete my undergraduate studies, I am conducting a research study entitled " Constructing a Predictive Model for the Number of Dengue Cases at the Municipal and City Level in Region IV-A CALABARZON" With that, I am requesting once again your esteem institution to hopefully approve my request of getting a copy of the number of dengue cases per month for years 2020 to 2024 disaggregated per municipality/city in the said Region. I will be using the monthly data to hopefully see a seasonal pattern of possible dengue outbreaks. I am fully aware that the data must be treated with outmost confidentiality and must be used only for the purpose of attaining the objectives of my study.
