Hi! I would like to request regarding policies and implementation guidelines regarding the Blindness Prevention Program of the Department of Health with respect to diabetes mellitus and diabetic retinopathy. Is there an existing national level Diabetic Retinopathy Screening program? If so, was it implemented after 2023? Is there a national database for diabetes mellitus patients to include diabetes sequelae such as diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy? If so, did it exist as of 2023? Are there national treatment diagnosis and treatment guidelines for diabetic retinopathy? If so, were they made after 2023? Thank you so much!
