Non-communicable and communicable diseases per senior citizen age group in Baguio City 3. Number of falls per senior citizen age group in Baguio City 4. Life expectancy in CAR per province including Baguio City 5. Health and Wellness Program for Senior Citizens 6. Organizational chart of health and wellness facilities for senior citizens 7. Planning and design guidelines for health and wellness centers or related facilities
