Hi I would like to request if specific branches of DOH, specifically the Research Institute of Tropical Medicine has a database for images of parasitic helminths ova. I would like to request the following data: 1. More than 500 images of Ascaris lumbricoides ova. 2. More than 500 images of Enterobius vermicularis ova. 3. More than 500 images of Ancylostoma sp. ova. 4. More than 500 images of Necator sp. ova. 5. More than 500 images of Trichuris trichiura ova. The images should be placed in separate folders based on the scientific names of the soil transmissible helminths. Optionally the medical technologist can have the option to put on the filename fertilized_corticated_[unique_ID], fertilized_decorticated_[unique_ID], unviable_[unique_ID]. Thank you very much. For further inquiries regarding the research, any representative from RITM can email me at [email protected].
