You have requested the List of Private and Public Hospitals

This is in response to your FOI request for the list of private and public hospitals. As per our conversation last Aug. 27 through phone, I'll provide a step-by-step instruction on how you can download the list of health facilities directly from the National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website:

1. On your desktop or mobile device, open a web browser and go to https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph.
2. Click Facility List at the Menu above.
3. Click the box beside Health Facility Type and select Hospital.
4. Click Search.
5. Click the Export/Download button and select Excel.

1. Wait for the download to finish and open the Excel file to check.
2. Ownership of the facilities (Private or Government) can be found under the Ownership Major Classification column.

Your right to request a review

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOl request, you have the option to request an internal review. To initiate this process, kindly submit your written appeal for review addressed to the Central Appeals and Review Committee (CARC) at [email protected].
