I hope this letter finds you well. I am a 5th year Architecture student from Technological Institute of the Philippines. I am currently working on my architectural thesis and as part of my research, I am gathering data on Violence Against Children (VAC) cases served or catered by DOJ in NCR region and Quezon City. I am writing to formally request the complete statistics of VAC cases served or catered by the DOJ in NCR Region and Quezon City. This information is critical for my thesis as it will provide the necessary context and data to support my resesarch. I kindly request that data include 2018 - 2023, if possible 1. Violation of child protection laws served and catered by the Department of Justice in NCR region from year 2018 to year 2023 2. Violation of child protection laws served and catered by the Department of justice in Quezon city from year 2018 to year 2023. (If possible, I humbly ask for the breakdown of cases by age, gender, and type of violation.) Thank you for your attention in this matter. I understand the sensitivity of this information and I am assuring you that the data that I am requesting will be used solely for academic purposes only, in accordance with relevant data protection laws. I look forward to your prompt response.

However, if you want to have specific data on children, it may be best to coordinate with the PNP Women and Children's Protection Desk, DSWD or Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC).
