Hi I am a student researcher from John Paul College in Roxas, Oriental MIndoro. I would like to request a data regarding accidents that occurred in construction sites within the province of Oriental Mindoro. I require this information covering the period January 1, 2022, up to the present date. In complience with privacy standard, I specifically request that no personal names of the victims be included in the furnished records. The data must include the following: 1.) Date of Accident 2.) Location (Constructin Site) 3.) Type and Cause of Accident 4.) Accident Outcome/ Severity 5.) Name of Company/ Contractor (if available in the report) I sincerely appreciate your prompt action on this request , which is submitted under the provisions fo the Freedom of Information (FOI) Program.
