Good day, May I ask for your guidance on how to properly report an accident that happen outside the company premises. Supposing that the task/activity involves demobilization of a heavy equipment traveling from the company premises. And the mishap caused injury, or worse, fatality to the worker. However, the mishap happened already outside the company premises. Does it still need to be reported under WAIR to DOLE? Or does it no longer need to be reported to DOLE because its already outsude the company and no longer under the jurisdiction of DOLE? Thanks and regard, Mariano D Halog III
