Good day. I am a 5th year BS Architecture student and we are currently working on shaping our undergraduate thesis for our Architectural Design 9-Thesis Writing. In connection with this we are kindly asking the folloring information that will support our study in analyzing the demand, utilization and capacity of our proposed hotel and convention. 1. Average number of Guests per room in Clark Pampanga (from January to December) 2. Average length of stay of Guests in Clark Pampanga (from January to December)(ex. January 1-2 days) 3. Benchmark of Hotels in Clark (their room sizew and type) Thank you for your time and assistance!

Good day! Regarding our request. The requestted information will be used as part of pur academic architectural thesis research focusing on the development and planning of cultural and convention facilities. Specifically, the data will support the study in analoyzing the demand, utilization and capacity of our proposed subject development whivh is convention and cultural hotel. In connection with this, we would like to request the following informaton that will be a big help to have a evidence based insight that will be used for academic purposes and nothing more. 1. Average number of Guests per Hotel room in Clark Pampanga (January to December from 2023-2024) 2. Average length of stay of guests in Hotel in Clark Pampanga (From January to december) (ex. january 1-2 days) 3. Benchmark of Hotels in CLark Pampanga (their room size and type of room) Thank you for your time and assistance.
