Good day. I would like to request for a copy of the DOT Memorandum Circular No. 2010-07 Adopting the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the RA 9994 otherwise known as the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 including that of the PWD discount guidelines for hotels and restaurants. Thank you.
