Dear Sir/Madam, We are interested in all railway lines (LRT1, LRT2, MRT3, MRT7, MMSP, NSCR/SCR, PNR). This request is to support the DOTr MRT4 project in assessing/reviewing and reporting on the validity and adequacy of available, in development and/or currently utilized O&M Standards, rules, regulations or similar provided by the DOTr following the requirement on our Terms of Reference (Sub Task 6.1 Standards for Operation and Maintenance) as Shadow Operator Consultant (SOC) for the DOTr MRT4 project.
