Hi. I am a 4th year business economics student. As part of our research to assess economic policies under the former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte for our course subject ECO51016: Economic Planning, we kindly request from your good office our needed information and data regarding the Build Build Build Program of the Duterte Administration. 

1. Copies of the meeting minutes for each public consultation or community engagement activities conducted as part of the planning process for infrastructure projects from 2016 to 2022, specifically on the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX). These should include details such as: 
   - date, time, location of the meetings, attendees, topics discussed and decisions/actions taken 
   - presentations or materials used during the meeting 
   - reports or summaries documenting the outcomes of the meeting 
   - recordings or transcripts of the meeting if conducted virtually.
