Res Ipso Loquitur. They have not formally responded yet. Although I received an email from District Engineer Cleofas asking for my contact numbers stating that the engineers wnat to talk about it with me. I then replied to the email thread from the citizen's FOI and the cc engineers that I need a response from them from the letter I sent in the same thread after the Regional District of DPWH IV A endorsed the matter to the Rizal 1st District Engineering Office throughan attached formal signed letter.
