c. Registration Date
d. Territorial Scope
e. Business Address/Territory (based on the
Territorial Scope)
Active Business Names Within the Last 5 Years
*NOTE: We are not allowed to provide any personal information in relation to the business owner (e.g. owner's address, phone no., email address)
Fee: Php 20.00 for the first 5 pages, Php 3.00 for the succeeding pages.
Please be reminded that the office only provides soft copies. Hence, it is required to bring flash drive, CD, memory card and other storage devices.
