Regarding your request for a Certified True Copy of the title, please be informed that the process typically takes 3-5 business days, provided that the title has a record in the Registry of Deeds' database. However, if the title does not have a record in the database, the process may take longer as additional verification/process will be required.

Additionally, we have attached the list of requirements for transferring the title through Extra-Judicial Settlement (EJS), Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS), and Deed of Donation for your reference.

Lastly, could you kindly clarify the specific memorandum you wish to annotate on your title? This will help us ensure that we provide you with the appropriate guidance and support.

Your right to request a review
