Greetings from the Land Registration Authority (LRA)!

In connection to your query, we respectfully suggest requesting a copy of tax declaration from the Assessor's Office that has the jurisdiction over the land where the property is located to verify if there is an indicated title number corresponding to your concerned lot. Since this Authority can only search or verify using title numbers and not by the owner's name.

Your right to request a review
