In line with Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) and for purposes of public transparency in maritime activities, I respectfully request certified true copies or extracts of vessel entry, clearance, and departure records for cargo ships and barges that loaded nickel ore from Manicani Island, Guiuan, Eastern Samar, under the shipper name Hinatuan Mining Corporation, during January 2024 to October 2025. Kindly include vessel names, IMO numbers, clearance dates, and ports of operation. These are requested solely for transparency and research purposes.
