I am a 4th year Legal Management Student from UST. My thesis group is currently creating a thesis paper regarding the Minimum Age of Criminal Consent (MACR). In order to better grasps the intent of the law makers may I request the following documents:

- Parliamentary debates regarding the minimum age of criminal liability
