Hi good afternoon, I am requesting an update about my application for transfer of rights. I would also like to know how long is processing time whether it has been approved or disapproved. Moreover, on September 17, 2025 , I submitted a white folder to Mr. Gerald Acallar at the NHA Dasmariñas Branch, which has jurisdiction over NHA General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite. The folder contained the following documents : 1. Letter request addressed to Engr. Anacan, OIC, Region 4-Cavite - to formally request the transfer of rights (me) 2. Notarized Waiver of Rights (transferor) - to formally waive and voluntarily relinquish his rights to my possession 3. Notarized Application for Transfer (me) 4. Certificate of Current Market Value from G.M.A Municipal Assessor's Office 5. Barangay Certificate of Actual Occupancy (me) 6. Marriage Contract (me) 7. Valid IDs (me and transferor) 8. Affidavit of Occupancy (me) and Absolute Transfer of Rights (me) - submitted as proof in lieu of proof of billing, due to disconnected electricity, water and other utilities. I would greatly appreciate any updates regarding the status of my application. Since there is no realtime monitoring, SMS Updating or tracking of status of application either online or any apps unlike other government departments. Thank you for your kind assistance
