Good day! I am a 5th-year architecture student working on my undergraduate thesis. With this, I would like to request for the following information to be used for my study. 1. Latest condition report of public libraries in the Philippines and in the Bicol Region 2. Latest standards and requirements for the establishment of public libraries 3. Latest planning and design guidelines for public libraries, including site requirements and minimum capacities for rooms and areas (for provincial, city, and municipal public libraries) 4. Accessibility guidelines for public libraries 5. Required number of collections for public libraries for print materials and required/suggested non-print materials and equipment 6. An organizational structure chart needed for the establishment of a public library (provincial, city, and municipal public libraries) 7.
